2017

yet another  great year 2016-2017 for the KNW helping another groups out.

But Unfortunately the BTNWRS Had to  come to an end due to funding and negative response from funders and Supports whom do not with us to remain with the fair. The Negative response was great and it led to Unfortunately the below happening.

Mr David Prince Waite Know as David Prince DJ

Mrs Barbara Quarless

Mrs Tamara Prosper

Mr Michael Davies

These people all have connection with of Smile Festival LTD / Ark Foundation / Starlight Media / Octavius and One Coin.

Mr David Prince Waite and Barbara Quarless is also directors of a registered charity called Big Top Neighbourhood Watch Road Show which they was trusted to close the charity down within the guidelines of the governing documents , Under the resolution made in December 2016 by Ex Directors and trustees, these Two individuals has abused the trust and beached community asset law and under this law all Big Top Neighbourhood Watch Road Show Frozen asset cannot be used until a Charity Audit and evaluation has been decided, Mr David Prince Waite with the combined effects of the above people decided to use these assets for their own personal gain for their own different companies which are above.

I resigned from the chairperson of the Big Top Neighbourhood Watch Road Show after my wife fell ill and I started to feel victimized by my own Volunteers and bullied and intimidated and accused of unfounded untrue allegations against my good name and felt betrayed by the owner of the fair Mr Robert Wilkinson, who later took it upon himself to give the assets to Mr David Prince Waite and Michael Davies, that was supposed to have been in his safe keeping until this present day the Big Top Neighbourhood Watch Road Show debts have not been paid and the resolution has not been fulfilled which add up to about £2,500 and I am the only one who has reported this to the Charity Commission. I have done everything humanly possible to close the charity down the right way to pay the debts and give away the rest of the asset to other charities in the area of Birmingham.

I and Robert had no knowledge of Mrs Tamara Prospers involvement because previously she had already stolen/coned £600 from the charity, where she was paid to do a website she didn’t for fill and didn’t return the money which Mr David Prince Waite convinced the Ex Directors not to pursue.

So these people are out there and wanting to do Events and say they want to work with you, They are so unprofessional, Self-centred and do not care about the community all they want is money or assets, so if they approach you to work with them please do not they will rip you off, trust me I have proof of everything I have said. I will eventually pursue the copy right which belongs to me personally which Mr David Prince Waite / Mrs Barbara Quarless / Mrs Tamara Prosper / Mr Michael Davies has stolen.

PLEASE PASS THIS ON

But No more about negative things
