Problems we are all have during this time especially being a vulnerable people

A formal letter of complaint As a community activist I need to warn all residents and holiday makers of Haven Marton Mere Holiday Village Blackpool. About a bus company called Coast liner Buses LtdCompany No. 06072889, formally known as Nuttalls coaches Ltd.

The company has disregarded local and national government COVID-19 and vulnerable peoples act regarding wearing a mask. They have not even implemented social distancing for their passengers on board their vehicles, which all other public transport I have been on have! All transport companies and other businesses have to uphold the COVID regulations and cannot convert to an internal policy or procedure, please see government website for full list of those who are exempt.
This company has refused vulnerable people transport, left children and babies out in the cold, even abused, assaulted and threatened people with exemption for medical and mental reasons some have been children.
I called upon the police (incident Number) 0994 – 26/10/20,
After my daughter’s assault, my daughter was contacted by PC Banks regarding her log 0994/2610/20, Officers 516 /2201 said nothing could be done regarding the assault the employee made on my disabled daughter which is disappointing but what about the exception there should be 3 counts of exemption fines sent to the company an offence for putting 3 children at harm way ages from 8months/19months and 13years old, an offence of dangerous and reckless driving which was witnessed by the two officers and myself. One officer did comment to me on the above day, don’t tell me how to do my job! I replied I would not officer, But I will hold him and the Police force accountable as a community activist? That is my Job officer!
Where my incident is concerned on the 27/10/20 of course there was 4 Covid offences as we was refused transport also with our children, reckless driving as he was speeding to the police station which should be logged on the buses tacker graph, also going by my friend who is a barrister PC 8410 should of had the common sense to arrest the driver on the spot for 1 count of wasting the police time as this was a civil matter when I boarded the bus and made my peaceful protest. Until the Police officer bought up the Covid offence just to get rid of the problem but he chose the wrong person to present the fine to ( I was the victim not the offender).Also 1 count of obstructing the public highway on a single carriage way where he could of parked in the Police car park but even worse he didn’t have permission from me to bring me to the police station what he should of done was to ring the police and wait at the holiday park for the police to arrive but he decided to hold me against will this is another form of kidnapping me which in itself is an offence, Only the Police has that authority to take someone where they don’t want to go, especially a disabled man with his assistant dog and without a member of his our family which knows his condition which the bus driver refused to let on board.
Also I have to insist that PC 8410 immediately cancelled my Covid fine because I never broke Covid law and by you looking at the attached poster and the video this will confirm that several times I did confirm that I will be getting off the bus after he answered my questions in which he completely ignored, he illegally read me my rights I can only assume to intimidate me, if this doesn’t happen I have more than enough evidence to take legal action against lancastershire police force for discriminatory conduct by a police officer and will insist on a disciplinary hearing on this individual.
Please see alongside the exact words in policy which was written 12th May 2020 by Westminster and the bill which was passed and must be enforced by law by the local authorities and local police.
I look forward to working with you to combat these corrupt companies and make them reform and obey the law.
This holiday ( a small break way) which was booked before the level three went in to place, has been an extremely stressful holiday due to these incidents and has caused me and my family physical and mental harm to all of my families wellbeing. This is why I will be doing a complaint to the following; this company must not get away with this discriminatory, abuse, unprofessional, and clearly unsafe way they run their company.
I will send a copy of this to the owners of this bus company without my personal address and details attached, due to the fact the bus driver said he was the owner / managing director, but the other bus driver said the same thing to my daughter when he tried to run her down with his bus, We don’t appreciate their abusive, intimidating behaviour they use.

Blackpool city council (who told me they had no jurisdiction on private transport it would be the minister of transport in general government it hasn’t been devolved down to their area or level yet) But the city regulates Taxi’s / Blackpool Buses and trams / horse drawn carriages, but not Local private Buses and Coaches this does not sit right with me.

The registered disabled people in question were myself, my wife, my daughter and her boyfriend who all have proof of their disability and all have travelling exemption for different conditions.

When I reported this I went down to the office I explain and asked to come in to the building as I am a disable man which was very cold with a assistant dog, to talk to someone on the phone but even they had no empathy and consideration for me they would rather see me have a seizure outside their building and let me be safe to chat about it! Considering all I wanted to do is to make a formal complaint about one of their Bus companies which provides a service to their residents of Blackpool and Visitors which I was and I bring money into their region to invest in their recovery and I get treated like that, If Blackpool council cannot be bothered about their visitors, why should we, especially if that city cannot look after vulnerable People. But the city regulates Taxi’s / Blackpool Buses and trams / horse drawn carriages, but not Local private Buses and Coaches this does not sit right with me.

I would like to think Haven would sanction them in some way as they are bringing your company into disrepute and they do advertise on their website they work in partnership with you as the only bus serves which goes directly to your site. So by association you are responsible for their action has well.

Stop the presses it not just the buses its our public partners now Abusing valuable people we have speak out as whistle blows to protect our just vulnerable we are being attacked in A&E department all over the UK in the name of Covid and they are getting to stress what about the innocent vulnerable people like myself which are being beaten up and fairly treated.
